The NZ Landscape and Garden Supplies Monthly Newsletter
Well and Truly Winter
July already and winter has certainly made itself felt around the city.
Unfortunately, Lyndle and Myself missed the big Storm in June because we were away overseas enjoying a Northern Hemisphere Summer (We highly recommend the break if you can manage it.) our longest holiday in 14 years.
Coming home reminds us of how lucky we are to live in New Zealand and reinforces the reason behind our company name.
New Product Launch
A new product that we have sourced for this winter is the Filter Flow tube.
This is for silt control and placing around drains to prevent contamination of waterways.
3m long and filled with untreated sawdust they are environmentally friendly and available to collect from each of our main branches.
At $49 +gst per unit they are a steal and could save you many $$$ in council fines.
Please ask our staff and they can deliver along with your order or you are welcome to collect.
Not quite a community service, but we have been involved for a number of years with the LIANZ organisation in helping to promote and reinforce the use of certified and recognised members of LIANZ.
These people are skilled, reputable and experienced in all aspects of Landscape construction and Design.
We are supportive of them and will be travelling to Wellington the first week of July this year to sponsor the Landscape Management Award at the associations award function.
We believe that our business is a partnership with our customers just as the ongoing management of a LIANZ clients Landscape and Garden is a long term project.
Relationships and reliability is the key to successful business.
The next issue of the dirt will have some photos of the presentation and a review of the event.
