The Dirt – November 2013

The NZ Landscape and Garden Supplies Monthly Newsletter

Christmas is getting closer!

The build up to Christmas gets earlier every year and this year is certainly no different.

With a matter of only weeks until Christmas and the holidays everyone is really busy and running out of time to get projects completed.

NZ Landscape and Garden Supplies can help solve at least some of your problems. For example – save yourself some time and have us deliver for you!

Just arrived:
Copper Azole
treated sleepers

These sleepers have just arrived and solve many issues with the use of H4 treated sleepers. No nasty arsenic base chemicals and nothing to leach into the soil or vegetable garden.

These will last 40 years and still look great.

A lovely copper colour and the bonus is the colour goes all the way through. This allows cuts and will not show the rough off-cut look.

The initial stocks are limited, though please register your interest by contacting any of our branches!

Albany branch now 6 months old!

We would like to thank all the customers that have visited the Albany store.

Since opening on the 13th of May this year it has gone from a couple of customers a day to pumping out an average eight deliveries per day and serving more people than we would have expected at this early stage of trading.

Remember that we will be open over the Christmas break and James and Shaun will be happy to answer your queries and help in anyway that they can.

We carry as extensive a range as we possibly can in all our stores and Albany also serves as a collection point for Rolawn Turf on the North Shore. Orders can be placed as usual via Rolawn or can be bought direct through us.

We welcome any feedback and suggestions that you may have.

Schools benefit from NZ Landscape and Garden Supplies

When we ran the opening day for Albany we also had a Facebook competition and a lucky draw on the day.

This was to initiate a way to help some of the local schools.

Stanmore Bay School and Ridgeview Primary were the lucky winners on the day.
Go to our Facebook page for pictures and details on the way the schools will be using their $500 of Living Earth Garden Mix.
